Kinshofer Technik GmbH is your reliable manufacturer of high-quality depot containers, recycling containers and material collection containers made of robust galvanized steel.
Our containers, with capacities ranging from 1.1 m³ to 5 m³, are ideally suited for the collection and disposal of waste glass, electronic waste (WEEE), used clothing, paper and cardboard, lightweight packaging (LVP/cans) and residual waste. They are successfully used throughout Germany and in international markets.

The compact installation saves valuable space and prevents waste from being deposited between the containers.
Our depot containers comply with the European standard DIN EN 13071 Parts 1 and 2.

For the user
- The coloured insertion rings provide additional guidance for correct bottle disposal according to the respective fraction colour.
- Noise reduction when disposing of waste glass thanks to the noise-insulated interior lining of the container, combined with an additional insertion rubber.
For the disposer
- The positioning aid allows quick and precise placement in the standing position after emptying.
- The flap mechanism with full opening ensures fast and efficient emptying.
- Step and handle for the driver in hook/ring systems (optional).
- The practical container shape prevents waste from being placed on top and avoids snow accumulation on the container roof.

Compact installation
Thanks to the space-efficient concept with compact and flexible installation options, only a relatively small footprint is required.
This means:
- Efficient use of valuable space in urban areas
- No possibility to dispose of recyclables between the containers
Durability
The hot-dip galvanized load-bearing construction parts and the galvanized sheet steel significantly extend the service life of our products. This is further supported by the additional coating. All load-bearing container components are designed for maximum continuous load.
A recurring issue in waste collection is burning containers. This problem does not occur with sheet steel containers. While the contents inside the container may burn, the spread of fire to adjacent steel containers is prevented.
Even in the event of a fire, there is no total loss of sheet steel containers. After refurbishment, they can be fully reused.
Modular Design & Flexible Container Assembly
Transport solutions for material collection containers
The well-designed construction of our containers ensures maximum utilization of truck capacity. This helps to avoid unnecessary CO₂ emissions and makes every transport as efficient as possible.
For transport to the installation site, sheet steel runners are used as transport supports, which can be easily removed using simple tools (e.g. a hammer).
Protective side padding is used for transport and can be easily removed on site.
To reduce transport costs over long distances, final assembly can also be carried out on site. This approach has already been successfully implemented in projects in the UK and the Caribbean (Guadeloupe – French Antilles).
The containers are designed in such a way that individual components can be stacked on pallets in a space-saving and cost-efficient manner and shipped directly to the customer for final assembly.
This not only increases transport capacity by up to three times, but also reduces truck emissions to approximately one third.
Replacement & maintenance of individual container parts
Thanks to the bolted construction, all components can be individually replaced (e.g. in case of damage caused by vehicle impact, fire or other incidents).
This significantly reduces the risk of a total container loss.
In many cases, containers are only partially damaged, but replacing the entire unit would not be technically necessary or economically viable.
Our modular design offers a key advantage: defective or damaged parts can usually be replaced directly on site at the container location.
